Adv. Amithab Sankar practises as an Associate at M.K. Soman Associates, Haripad, Alappuzha, under the guidance of his father, Adv. Ajith Sankar, a senior criminal law practitioner. His practice encompasses matters across criminal law, civil litigation, family law, consumer disputes, rent control proceedings, cases arising under the BUDS Act, cheque dishonour matters, and other litigation and advisory assignments before the appropriate courts and statutory authorities.
Adv. Amithab Sankar appears in criminal, civil, and other legal proceedings before the appropriate courts and statutory authorities. His criminal law practice includes matters relating to offences such as murder, rape, culpable homicide, cheating, offences under the Abkari laws, and other criminal proceedings. He also handles matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, property and partition disputes, proceedings arising under the BUDS Act, motor accident compensation claims, land acquisition matters, arbitration proceedings, tribunal litigation, consumer disputes, rent control proceedings, and matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce and maintenance.
